1. About Cultured Creations
Cultured Creations is a specialist fermentary producing handcrafted fermented foods and beverages made in small batches using traditional fermentation methods. Our mission is to provide high-quality, naturally fermented products while educating people about gut health and the benefits of fermentation.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The information you provide is accurate and complete. You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because our products are naturally fermented:
Appearance, colour, flavour and texture may vary between batches. Products are living foods and continue to ferment naturally. Carbonation levels may vary. Natural sediment may occur. Variations do not constitute defects. Product photographs are for illustration purposes only.
4. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients and nutritional information are accurate. However: Information on this Website is provided for general educational purposes only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual responses to fermented foods vary. If you have allergies, food sensitivities, are pregnant, breastfeeding, immunocompromised, or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare professional before consuming our products. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before purchasing.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Israeli New Shekels (NIS) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
6. Orders
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of an order occurs only once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. We do not store your payment card information.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only. Cultured Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:
Couriers
Weather
Events beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges arising from incorrect addresses may be charged to the customer.
9. Refrigerated Products
All of our products require refrigeration.
Customers agree to:
Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where necessary.
Refrigerate products immediately upon receipt.
Follow all storage instructions.
Cultured Creations cannot be responsible for products left unattended after delivery or products that are not stored correctly.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable food products unless:
The product is damaged during delivery.
The incorrect item was supplied.
The product is faulty.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs where applicable
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Workshops & Events
Bookings for workshops are subject to availability. Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 days before the workshop unless otherwise stated. Where possible, bookings may be transferred to another date. Cultured Creations reserves the right to postpone or cancel workshops due to insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Gift Cards (If Applicable)
Gift cards:
Are non-refundable.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Must be redeemed before their expiry date where applicable.
13. Intellectual Property
All Website content including:
Logos
Branding
Photographs
Recipes
Text
Graphics
Educational material
remains the intellectual property of Cultured Creations unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Upload malicious software.
Interfere with Website operation.
